Analytics
If you accept, we use Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymisation enabled and Google Consent Mode v2. Google Analytics sets cookies and may transmit data to the United States. You can decline or revoke consent at any time using the banner. No analytics scripts load until you accept.
Separately, we keep a short-lived server-side request log (path, referrer, user agent, country from Cloudflare headers, and a hashed form of the IP — no raw IPs, no cookies). The log lets us see which AI crawlers — ClaudeBot, GPTBot, PerplexityBot and similar — visit the site. Rows are deleted after 90 days.
Newsletter
When you subscribe to the dispatch we store your email address, the time of subscription, and a hashed form of your IP address for abuse prevention. We use a double opt-in: your address is only added after you click the confirmation link.
Every dispatch contains a one-click unsubscribe link. We delete your address from active sending the moment you unsubscribe.
Contact
When you email us at [email protected], [email protected], or any other Empero address, we store your message for as long as is necessary to handle your request and to comply with legal record-keeping obligations.
Server logs
Our reverse proxy (Cloudflare Tunnel) and application receive standard HTTP request information including IP address, user agent, referrer, and the URL requested. These logs are retained for a short period for operational and security purposes.

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

- Erase data (“right to be forgotten”)
- Restrict or object to processing
- Data portability
- Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
